Granite Bay California is an unincorporated area of Placer County situated east of Roseville and west of Folsom lake. To the south is Sacramento County and Loomis to the north.
This long standing community has grown into one of Sacramento Region’s most desirable areas to live. Conveniently located next to Roseville it allows for easy commutes and with Folsom Lake to the east an abundance of recreational activities.
Granite Bay sports a wide variety of neighborhoods from small mobile home living to some of the largest and expansive estates within the Sacramento Region. There are homes on large lots ideal for horse properties to estate homes within gated communities.
Residents of Granite Bay enjoy a wide variety of shopping, dining and recreational activities. In addition to the boating and water activities on Folsom Lake there is a abundance of hiking and biking trails along its shores. The Granite Bay Golf Club is located off Roseville Parkway provides excellent golfing and Quarry Pond Town Center located off Douglas Blvd provides excellent dining and shopping.
Granite Bay is serviced by Eureka Union School District and Roseville Joint Unified High School District. There are multiple elementary schools and two Junior High Schools conveniently located within Granite Bay. Granite Bay High School is the predominate high school. For higher education Sierra College and Williams Jessup University are within easy driving distance.
